About The Position

Role Summary The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire high-quality technical talent supporting Artic Consulting’s US consulting and delivery engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing capability across multiple channels.
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and skill requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Experience supporting US-based hiring preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hiring for Microsoft / Azure / Cloud / AI roles.
  • Familiarity with US hiring practices and compliance.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and negotiation.
  • Exposure to consulting / IT services recruitment strongly preferred.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Ownership mindset and accountability.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development – Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Screening & Candidate Assessment – Conduct initial recruiter screenings to evaluate technical fit, communication, and motivation.
  • Stakeholder / Hiring Manager Partnership – Partner with hiring managers and practice leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience – Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Offer Management & Closure – Support compensation discussions, negotiations, and joining processes.
