About the position
The Technical Recruiter at Snap Inc. plays a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top technical and creative talent for the company. This position involves full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles, managing communication with hiring managers, and enhancing the candidate experience. The recruiter will work closely with various teams to ensure that Snap Inc. attracts and retains innovative individuals who contribute to the company's mission of improving communication through technology.
Responsibilities
- Help find top engineers and creatives who play a crucial role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day
- Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions
- Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical and creative talent
- Work on a variety of technical and creative roles cross-functionally
- Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers and leaders
- Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates
- Maintain and improve Snap Inc.'s candidate experience
- Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 2+ years of technical recruiting, sourcing, or related field experience
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years experience recruiting for an array of technical and creative roles, including software, hardware, research, and design
- 2+ years of experience working in both small and large tech companies
