About The Position

Analytica is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support ongoing hiring needs, with the ability to scale recruiting efforts during periods of increased demand. Provide immediate recruiting support during a period of strategic hiring growth. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level recruiter who can operate with minimal ramp-up time, manage technical requisitions with high degree of ownership, and effectively partner directly with senior leadership and hiring managers. The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting for technical and/or government contracting environments, demonstrates strong sourcing expertise, and can independently drive hiring outcomes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and compliant recruiting processes. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension depending on business needs. Analytica has been recognized by Inc. Requirements

  • 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with focus on technical recruiting
  • Experience recruiting within government contracting (GovCon) or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for senior or hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Strong sourcing expertise and experience engaging passive candidates
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and working with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably JazzHR) and recruiting tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with high degree of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including data, analytics cloud, software engineering, and IT positions
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to refine job requirements, hiring strategies, and market expectations
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining progress and communication
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions
  • Coordinate and guide interview processes, ensuring structured and consistent evaluation practices
  • Support offer development and closing strategies in partnership with HR and leadership
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure recruiting activities align with company policies, federal contracting requirements, and EEO/OFCCP guidelines (as applicable)
  • Mentor or provide guidance to junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed
  • Recommend process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
