In the role of Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial part in Anduril's talent management strategy as the company continues to expand rapidly. This position requires a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with both leaders and individual contributors to define the hiring needs of the organization. You will have the autonomy and resources necessary to execute strategies aimed at building and developing a world-class team. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment that demands high levels of ownership and will be comfortable managing all aspects of the recruiting process. This role specifically focuses on recruiting for the rocket motor systems team, and candidates with experience in sourcing talent for mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing roles are preferred. Experience in the aerospace and defense sectors is a plus but not mandatory. The position is based onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, and is available on a contract basis with the potential for conversion to a permanent role.
