Our team drives strategic programs of Joint Operations Leadership Team (JOLT), partnering with cross-functional teams across the company, including manufacturing, supply chain, SPG operations, AGS, etc. We are looking for a mid-level program manager who can quickly become effective within a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end program management for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution against defined objectives.
  • Navigate ambiguity by bringing structure, clarity, and forward momentum to complex and evolving problem spaces.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to understand their requirements, align priorities, and resolve gaps.
  • Develop and manage program schedules and drive towards the milestones.
  • Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues.
  • Identify potential complications and develop practical mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and concisely to cross‑functional partners and leadership.
  • Adapt quickly to dynamic environments and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key deliverables.
