About The Position

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, including managing task dependencies, milestones, and critical-path tracking. This role involves creating and managing resource-loaded schedules, monitoring labor usage, and resolving resource conflicts. Key duties also include building advanced Excel dashboards and forecasting models for budget, cost, and headcount tracking, as well as maintaining resource histograms and coordinating with functional teams to ensure resource availability. The manager will prepare various project reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, and change-order documentation, and track project costs, commitments, and variances, identifying issues and supporting corrective actions. Managing project documentation within shared drives and document-control systems is also a core function. The position requires participation in risk reviews, safety processes, and quality audits, particularly related to semiconductor construction and fit-outs. General project administration, such as procurement tracking, invoice reconciliation, and permit follow-up, is also part of the role. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, charts, conditional formatting, macros).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools, including resource loading and baselining.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, resource leveling, and earned-value concepts.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
