Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent technical project management experience
  • 3+ years of technical project management experience delivering medium to large SaaS/software implementations
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, databases, APIs, integrations, and authentication
  • Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman
  • 3+ years of experience with PSA tools and project management platforms
  • 3+ years of experience using JIRA for workflow, user stories, and cross-team tracking
  • Experience creating estimates, SOWs, and proposals
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive key delivery KPIs, including revenue, utilization, cycle time, CSAT, budgets, and profitability
  • Lead project management and technical onboarding for customer implementations
  • Gather and translate requirements into actionable deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget
  • Manage project plans, scope, budgets, resources, and revenue recognition
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Oversee change control, project documentation, and high-level estimates
  • Ensure accurate project tracking, timesheet approval, and acceptance of deliverables
