Job Description In this role you will play a key role in Manage small to medium-sized customer projects, including scheduling and resource coordination. Lead project teams to deliver projects that may span multiple business or technology areas but with less complexity. Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communications. Track and manage issues using JIRA or similar tools. Apply basic knowledge of routing, switching, internet, and network architecture to support project delivery. Take ownership of assigned projects and focus on critical success factors. Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Identify and escalate key issues and work with engineering and business units to resolve them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Network, route/switch, cybersecurity background
  • Some project management experience, preferably in a technical or services environment.
  • Familiarity with project management standards such as PMBOK.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and project management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Rally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as PMP or Scrum/SAFe are advantageous
