This role is responsible for helping to drive outcomes for the Global Supply Chain applications, managing the agile product and processes, driving better user experience and adoption, and ensuring alignment with the Global and Market Supply Chain team. This role provides PMO governance support across planning, tracking, and reporting, ensuring adherence to Agile and project management standards.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help maintain project governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 4 plus years of experience in project management, program management or PMO.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management methodologies and Agile Scrum practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, consistently meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to create clear reports and presentations.
  • Practical experience in defining user experience requirements, authoring epics and user stories, and establishing acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Provides PMO oversight for small to mid-sized initiatives, ensuring alignment to approved scope, timelines, delivery standards, and governance checkpoints.
  • Owns project risk, issue, dependency, and decision (RAID) tracking; ensures timely escalation and resolution in line with PMO escalation paths.
  • Enforces milestone management, delivery cadence, and status reporting standards; ensures execution remains aligned to the approved project plan.
  • Facilitates governance forums (project reviews, milestone checkpoints, retrospectives), ensuring clear outcomes, documented decisions, and follow‑through on actions.
  • Establishes and maintains standardized project documentation, artifacts, and audit-ready records to support transparency, traceability, and scalability.
  • Supports Agile and PI planning ceremonies from a governance perspective, ensuring capacity planning, dependency management, and commitments align to portfolio priorities.
  • Provides structured portfolio and project reporting, translating delivery progress, risks, and dependencies into executive‑ready status updates.
  • Governs end‑to-end quality management, including test readiness, release sign‑off, and adherence to defined entry/exit criteria for production releases.
  • Oversees defect governance, ensuring defects are logged, prioritized, tracked to resolution, and addressed within agreed quality thresholds.
  • Coordinates post‑release validation and reviews, ensuring outcomes are measured, lessons learned are captured, and improvements are institutionalized.
  • Ensures epics, stories, and acceptance criteria meet PMO and Agile quality standards, supporting predictable delivery and traceable outcomes.
  • Maintains strong understanding of business processes and systems to ensure project outcomes remain aligned to strategic priorities and value realization.
