Technical Project Manager for Corporate Power Events RCC is a full service IT firm which provides solutions for the development and support of IT infrastructure. We serve a broad range of clients, from large complex enterprises to small and mid-sized companies. We currently seek Technical Project Manager with knowledge of Networking, Data Centers, or Infrastructure. This is a full-time salaried role and is 100% remote. Training is provided by internal team and will take approx. 2 - 4 months. DUE TO THE INTENSITY OF TRAINING, WE REQUIRE A LONG-TERM COMMITMENT AND WE CANNOT CONSIDER ANYONE WITH A HISTORY OF SHORT-TERM PROJECTS OR EMPLOYMENT. This resource will be managing projects and coordinating resources for "power events" for data centers globally. This work can be done remotely from your home. Hours/days vary depending on the time zone where the data center is located. Power testing tends to take place on weekends when no workers are in the office, so weekend work is essential. Candidate will be working with the RCC project and technical teams as well as client IT teams. The focus for this position is to manage and perform power-ups and power-downs at multiple sites and data centers worldwide. You will oversee all aspects of your projects, setting deadlines, utilizing various client platforms, governing responsibilities, and overall client satisfaction through proper communication and service improvements. A lead or supervising technician operating in infrastructure technology looking to switch to a management role is encouraged to apply.
