Technical Project Manager – Denver, CO We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-phase regulatory and compliance technology initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, aligned execution across global teams and functions. As part of the Compliance Systems & Analytics team, you will oversee cross-functional delivery involving product management, engineering, regional business groups, and supporting functions (e.g., operations, data, compliance). Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project, program, or technology business management roles.
  • Proven success in technical project management and delivery within complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Ability to synthesize complexity and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Jira).
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership & Execution Drive end-to-end delivery of complex compliance technology initiatives.
  • Manage multiple enterprise-level workstreams in parallel, aligning priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Ensure program objectives are met within scope and schedule.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the connective tissue between product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage interdependencies across workstreams, teams, and sub-projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Establish and maintain centralized information hubs (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) for transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure product and engineering roadmaps align with enterprise priorities and initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver updates and presentations readouts for all levels in the organization.
  • Operational & Project Oversight Develop and maintain capacity models for engineering and product teams.
  • Define requirements for reporting tools and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Track progress, maintain documentation, and manage risks/issues across all workstreams.
