About The Position

As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll be the lead scientist in our project laboratory, overseeing experiments and ensuring every project runs smoothly from conception to completion. Your mission: to manage and deliver innovative projects that exceed our clients' expectations and showcase our expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A love for science or a lab coat is a bonus!
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT consulting or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Project Formulation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Experiment Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring they are on track, on budget, and meet high-quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure all objectives are achieved.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams.
• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Allocate tasks, set clear goals, and ensure team members have the support and resources they need.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on course.
• Monitor and address issues proactively to prevent disruptions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and performance metrics.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of project outputs.
• Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate new techniques and tools to enhance project outcomes.
