The Service Engineering Technical Project Manager is the internal and external focal point for all technical items for their assigned units. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for defining and forecasting outage scopes, tracks implementation status of modifications, and leads investigations and root cause analysis activities amongst other items. The Technical Project Manager will work with the Program Service Manager and The Project Management Office to provide expertise and technical assistance and be the customer facing technical representative.
