We are seeking a highly strategic and technically strong Technical Project Manager + Product Owner – AI to lead end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives.This hybrid role combines delivery ownership, technical leadership, and product vision, ensuring AI solutions are built with business alignment, scalability, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing AI/ML projects, defining product roadmaps, handling cross-functional teams, and working closely with stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
7+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years managing AI/ML projects.
Strong knowledge of:
Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
LLMs, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Vector DBs
Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Agile tools (JIRA, DevOps)
Proven experience in Product Ownership (backlog prioritization & roadmap planning).
AI/ML & GenAI understanding
Stakeholder & Client Management
Governance & Compliance (Ensure responsible AI practices )

Responsibilities

Product Ownership (Strategic Role)
Define product vision, roadmap, and AI-driven feature strategy.
Translate business problems into AI-enabled product capabilities.
Own and prioritize product backlog.
Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Work closely with stakeholders to align AI roadmap with business objectives.
Validate product-market fit for AI solutions.
Technical Project Management (Execution Role)
Lead full AI project lifecycle (Discovery → Model Development → Deployment → Monitoring).
Plan sprint cycles, release management, and resource allocation.
Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of AI systems.
Coordinate across Data Science, ML Engineering, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams.
