About The Position

As Technical Project Coordinator and in coordination with the program manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day project leadership associated with maintenance, testing, demonstrations, and field operations of the C2 CUAS & Tacking and DE CUAS system(s). For each operations event, this will involve: • Managing sustainment, maintenance, and preparations of systems prior to events • Pre-event planning, coordination and customer engagements • Equipment and personnel transportation planning and coordination • System configuration and debugging, as needed • Systems and all subsystem(s) operations support, as needed • Support Program Manager to ensure operations event is completed per customer and program requirements. • Coordinating Team Building Events • Managing Small Teams • Division Management Tasks as Needed Technical Responsibilities • Work collaboratively within a team while also taking the initiative to solve problems and implement solutions. • Work with the PM and Growth team to coordinate and setup customer demos. • Work with the Operations and Hardware Leads to design and build hardware stacks. • Perform repairs and upgrades on various computer hardware components. • Assist in setting up and configuring systems around the country. • Maintain accurate documentation of hardware inventories, configurations, and repairs. • Stay updated on the latest hardware technologies and industry trends. • Provide support to clients and staff, addressing any hardware-related inquiries. 2) Essential Functions Technical Knowledge and Judgement • Makes recommendations recognized as authoritative that extensively impact the Sector • Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in solving and anticipating unprecedented problems, organizing programs, and developing standards • Strong troubleshooting skills including the use of associated tools • Sets priorities and reconciles competing interests • Performing systems requirements analysis, decomposition, and implementation on complex systems • Understands above basic computer skills. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and other equipment as needed. 7 Physical demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Clearance Level Secret The salary range for this role is: $17 - $24 AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
