About The Position

International is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the systems that support our timekeeping and expense planning processes. This role ensures reliable system performance, strong data integrity, and accurate reporting that enable critical engineering and financial planning decisions. Partnering closely with engineering, product development, finance, and accounting teams, this leader will manage day-to-day system operations while driving continuous improvements to the user experience and process consistency across the organization. This role also ensures system health, manages dashboard reporting, oversees issue resolution, and develops training, documentation, and reporting resources for the user community. The Technical Program Manager will also support system implementations, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure training readiness to drive successful adoption across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of technical project/program management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting timekeeping systems and end-user timecard processes, including system administration.
  • Experience supporting resource planning, expense planning, or similar business system planning processes.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building reports and data outputs for business stakeholders.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, training materials, and user guidance.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, transitions, or user acceptance testing in partnership with IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead support for timekeeping processes, providing guidance to users, troubleshooting issues, and reinforcing consistent ways of working.
  • Own the administration and operational support of resource and expense planning systems, including product and pipeline structure maintenance and ongoing data management.
  • Provide finance and accounting reporting support, including recurring and month-end reporting as well as ad hoc analysis for engineering and financial stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for support, managing ticket intake, triage, communication, and resolution tracking.
  • Drive system maintenance and continuous improvement, including configuration management, process documentation, and user enablement.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish reporting dashboards and user guidance on the SharePoint site.
  • Support system implementation activities, working with IT and implementation teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenario validation, defect tracking, retesting coordination, and readiness feedback.
  • Review and update training materials to ensure accuracy, usability, and effective rollout during system transitions.
