The primary role of the Technical Program Manager function is to autonomously manage end-to-end cross-functional delivery of IT program / projects. Key deliverables include requirements gathering, documentation, scoping, defining goals/deadlines, resource allocation, tracking budget and implementation. Management of projects in accordance with the relevant quality management systems and requirements. Working with internal and external groups, suppliers and other organizations as part of the delivery of the software system, including focus on integration and test activities. You will work as an integral part of teams across the organization to drive complex, high-impact programs related to Cloud capabilities, CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) and Developer experience, Global Data Platform, Observability, Security by Design and more

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 4+ years of Program Management experience working directly with multiple agile, product and/or platform teams.
  • Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies and tooli ng, specifically Jira , Confluence , and AI-enhanced project tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to assess release-related risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving conflict

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a modern cloud-based software product development environment, with cloud native AWS experience preferred
  • PSM I, CSM, PMP

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end planning and delivery of software releases containing features contributed by multiple agile teams.
  • Work with product managers, engineering managers, program managers and other stakeholders to ensure team alignment with commitments.
  • Manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as , ensuring resolution to issues
  • Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
  • Support software release activities and documentation, including coordination with all applicable stakeholders
  • Advocate of existing templates and processes developed by your organization to manage releases
