Overview/ Responsibilities: The successful candidate will lead and manage a large program, be responsible for successful program execution and attainment of all contractual performance requirements, customer satisfaction, and achievement of all cost, schedule, and quality objectives. The candidate is responsible for meeting revenue and margin objectives as established by Sector guidance, and development of growth strategies to meet desired growth objectives. He/she must be highly collaborative, working across organizational boundaries to assist other business and functional leaders where possible. Specific responsibilities include: • Lead and manage project development from inception to deployment, with expertise in network sustainment. • Direct all phases of projects from inception to completion. • Responsible for Cost, Schedule, and technical performance of multiple projects or major tasks. • Act independently to uncover and/or resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs. • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple network projects. • Ability to drive performance in a team environment with responsibilities to assist in the development of new technologies to address existing network challenges. • Participate in negotiation of contract and contract changes. • Act as a primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with the customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. • Applies extensive expertise in the management and leverage of security tools, security incident handling, and incident remediation. • Develops new business and/or expands existing task orders. • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or change contractual specifications. • Directs the work of employees assigned to the project(s) from technical, management and administrative areas. • He/she will collaborate with functional and line of business leaders to ensure all contractual requirements are met, resulting in quality deliverables, high levels of customer satisfaction, and excellent CPAR evaluations of our work.
