Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Responsibilities

  • Possesses a deep knowledge of Tech program management best practices and how to apply them in an effective yet pragmatic way across large, complex solutions
  • Comfortable playing multiple roles throughout the product development life-cycle
  • Proactively work with internal and external Technology teams and analyze data to identify opportunities for Salesforce to increase productivity, provide automation, and/or reduce risk
  • Presenting written recommendations, requirements, and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders that will facilitate prioritization and influence roadmap
  • Ability to successfully manage two or more concurrent projects that successfully deliver promised results
  • Align closely with Salesforce development, UX/UI, and administration teams to ensure any new processes or process changes are critical, relevant, understood, and supported
  • Development of business and system requirements interfacing with customers at all levels to gather requirements and feedback with a well-rounded technical background
  • Perform, manage, and make recommendations based on metrics from existing data
  • Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as client expectations building consensus for successful product and program delivery
  • Dealing with ambiguity to develop solutions that work for stakeholders from various disciplines to meet timelines
  • Balancing the business needs versus technical & operational constraints
