About The Position

Gruve is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, customer-facing initiatives across enterprise technology, data, cybersecurity, and business transformation. In this high-impact role, you will coordinate cross-functional internal teams and customer stakeholders, oversee multiple projects within broader programs, and ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing complex technology programs and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in the IT or Professional Services industry.
  • Prior experience as a manager of project managers or similar resources is required.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Expert in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful programs with high customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Managing and delivering medium to large-scale technology programs, including (but not limited to) ERP and data management projects.
  • Working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document program requirements for internal systems or customer solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects within a program, each with distinct development and testing phases.
  • Design project timelines, allocate resources, and define the scope of work for each initiative.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders—including senior management, project sponsors, business users, and technical teams—to ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Oversee program schedules, ensuring smooth coordination between technical teams, business departments, and external partners.
  • Allocate budget, staff, and equipment to meet program needs.
  • Establish quality standards and performance metrics for program deliverables.
  • Monitor adherence and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support end-user enablement through training, documentation, and onboarding for new processes or technologies.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, identify opportunities for further business engagement, and coordinate with third-party partners as needed.
