We are seeking an Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional engineering and software development programs and complex projects across the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data-driven, and capable of engaging effectively with senior executives while translating business objectives into executable engineering programs.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in technical program or project management in the field of engineering or computer science.
  • Experience managing engineering programs
  • Basic experience in working with Tableau, SQL, and data lakes
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle and stage-gate processes
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Exposure towards software product management
  • Interpreting data and derive proper conclusion from it
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience in product development or engineering environments
  • Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with software product management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end development programs and projects
  • Drive execution across cross-functional teams
  • Engage senior and executive stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
  • Understand unsaid needs of the customer and drive the implementation of the right features
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Translate strategic goals into program plans and roadmaps
  • Support and enforce product development and stage-gate processes
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes effectively
  • Understand data usage and various use cases for future AI implementation. Mostly importantly drive development of the right things
