About The Position

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs that support high-impact legal, compliance, and data governance initiatives. This role is critical in driving alignment across engineering, product, and legal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of scalable solutions that enable efficient handling of electronic data for regulatory and litigation needs. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical program management and a proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs with measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs
  • Proven experience managing full-stack engineering projects (front-end and back-end) end-to-end
  • Strong expertise in roadmap planning, dependency management, and program execution
  • Experience tracking deliverables, managing tickets, and driving stakeholder communications
  • Hands-on experience contributing to or supporting UI design initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs involving engineering, product, and legal stakeholders
  • Define program scope, goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines aligned with business objectives
  • Build and manage program roadmaps, ensuring alignment across teams and dependencies
  • Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delivery disruptions
  • Drive clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Track program progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Improve program processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and execution quality
  • Advocate for high standards in technical design, system architecture, and product quality
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
