Job Summary The Technical Program Manager works cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to understand and improve large-scale programs and initiatives. They will be responsible for acting quickly to solve immediate challenges, while also using high judgement to plan program changes that will deliver long term benefits to the program. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently to drive change. They must demonstrate a track record for building and directing cross functional projects with internal stakeholders, strategic thinking, and success in all phases of business and team development. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a set of programs, in partnership with Product and Technology teams
  • Set up scalable and reliable ways to measure success as part of every feature launch
  • Make connections across the teams that are building solutions, identifying where we have gaps or redundancies; influencing leadership to streamline solutions and define mutually beneficial goals
  • Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, and balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints
  • Define a program vision and prioritize competing opportunities in a dynamic environment
