The Technical Program Manager (TPM) drives strategic initiatives and complex technical programs across cross -functional teams. This role ensures successful delivery of high -impact projects by aligning stakeholders, managing risks, go -to -market plans, and program schedules to ensure timely delivery. The Technical Program Manager is a key leader in fostering innovation, operational excellence, and customer -centric outcomes.

  • Lead end -to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross -functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
  • Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and executive -level reporting.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership through steering committees and governance forums, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metric
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross -functional programs in a fast -paced environment.
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies
  • Technical Acumen (Cloud, APIs, Data Platforms)
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Experience: Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Office 365
