About The Position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) drives strategic initiatives and complex technical programs across cross -functional teams. This role ensures successful delivery of high -impact projects by aligning stakeholders, managing risks, go -to -market plans, and program schedules to ensure timely delivery. The Technical Program Manager is a key leader in fostering innovation, operational excellence, and customer -centric outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross -functional programs in a fast -paced environment.
Agile & Scrum Methodologies
Technical Acumen (Cloud, APIs, Data Platforms)
Microsoft Ecosystem Experience: Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Office 365

Responsibilities

Lead end -to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross -functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and executive -level reporting.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership through steering committees and governance forums, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
