Stefanini is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Dearborn, MI (Onsite) For quick apply, please reach out Navneet Pathak at 248-213-3677/[email protected] We are seeking Technical Program Manager, whose job function is to plan and oversee the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). Will also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT
  • Experience with Complex Global Programs
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and how it integrates with identity, networking, and automation patterns
  • Experience managing cross-team collaboration, approvals, and stakeholder alignment
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira to manage epics, stories, and sprints
  • Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, GitOps, identity management)

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise.
  • Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc.
  • Facilitate development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers.
  • Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measures.
  • Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources.
  • Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews.
  • Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs.
  • Manage technology product goals and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap.
  • Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and developing lifecycle methodologies like agile; setting backlogs, defining user stories, and run planning ceremonies.
  • Act as a liaison between the platform engineering team and IT leadership/stakeholders (security, compliance, infra, app teams, executive sponsors).
  • Ability to tell the story of the program, coordinate leadership status updates.
  • Translate technical concepts and infrastructure strategy into clear roadmaps and justifications for stakeholders
  • Own and manage the platform roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define and document use cases, requirements, and goals for features like platform profiles, app registrations, and `cldctl` enhancements.
  • Coordinate buy-in and approvals from peer engineering teams and leadership to support platform tooling and adoption.
  • Ensure that documentation, internal marketing, and onboarding flows are complete, understandable, and kept up to date.
