Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in presales enablement, technical programs, sales operations, or GTM strategy, preferably in iPaaS or SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enablement programs, technical curriculum, or bootcamps.
  • Strong experience working with technical personas across multiple regions and segments.
  • Proficiency with content platforms (e.g., Highspot), knowledge trackers, or LMS systems.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of scaling technical excellence through structured programs and systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving clarity, alignment, and execution.
  • Basic understanding of integration, APIs, cloud, or data platform concepts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, Highspot, Gong, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira, or similar.
  • Relevant project management or enablement certifications (e.g., PMP, CPTD, ATD, CKM).

Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain a global Technical Readiness Calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of enablement programs.
  • Manage and track the Skill Progression Scorecard, capturing expertise levels, participation, and progression across all technical tracks.
  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact learning programs including bootcamps, demo competitions, expertise validations, and whiteboarding events.
  • Collaborate with content owners and enablement teams to curate, tag, and modularize technical learning assets for consistent delivery.
  • Facilitate quarterly review sessions with stakeholders to align content strategy, gather feedback, and prioritize technical readiness initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and act on feedback from surveys, pulse checks, and readiness metrics to inform program improvements.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for specialized development programs, managing schedules, events, enablement outputs, and recognition pathways.
