About The Position

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the DEeP org, you will spearhead Stripe's Sandbox [] related programs and other critical developer experience programs. Your work on Sandbox environments is strategically critical as these test environments represent the first touchpoint for many developers integrating with Stripe, significantly impacting adoption rates and developer satisfaction. Your role involves spearheading large-scale technical programs, solving intricate challenges, and ensuring successful product launches. Your strategic thinking, product sense and execution skills will streamline processes across the organization, enabling our teams to push boundaries and meaningfully impact the broader financial infrastructure landscape.
[] For context, a sandbox is an isolated test environment. You can use your sandbox to test Stripe functionality in your account, and experiment with new features without affecting your live integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software/systems engineering or technical product/program management.
• Experience in improving developer experience.
• You are technical and may have worked as a product manager or influenced process/program/product changes broadly at a company level.
• Proven track record in comprehensive program management across software development phases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at building strong relationships.
• Proficient in driving process improvements across diverse teams and functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large-scale platforms and organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading global initiatives, building APIs, products, and scalable systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities
