We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong coordination and collaboration skills to partner with Engineering teams, Data Science, peer Technical Program Managers and Senior Leadership to drive, execute, track and deliver high impact strategic programs. An ideal candidate would be someone who can connect the dots, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and be a soundboard to leaders and partners. Scope of the Role: Lead large cross functional programs in collaboration with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and other cross functional disciplines. Provide deep domain expertise to form technical strategies with engineering partners. Drive engagement with internal partners, work to decompose requirements into technical execution plans with measurable milestones, effectively optimize scope and schedule, manage cross-functional dependencies, and proactively manage risks. Craft clear communication of progress toward goals, reporting details to stakeholders and leadership. Location of work: Our organization has a distributed team across the US. We are considering both candidates who are willing to relocate to Los Gatos, California, and fully remote candidates within the PacificTime zone.
