A successful candidate will be comfortable understanding technical discussions, developing strategic plans, leveraging analytical tools like Excel and Python, and communicating with a broad array of stakeholders. This role is an opportunity to own real cost-down initiatives from ideation through implementation and make a meaningful impact on Joby's S4 aircraft program.

Responsibilities

  • Support the airframe TPM team in driving cross-functional alignment across design, manufacturing, and supply chain to accelerate wing-level cost-down initiatives
  • Build and maintain should-cost models and framework-driven assessment tools that quantify component-level cost drivers and surface high-leverage efficiency opportunities
