About The Position

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Technical Program Manager Intern to join our Robotics team for the summer! This role is ideal for an undergraduate student who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants hands‑on experience driving cross‑functional initiatives. As a Program Manager (PM) Intern, you will support project planning, execution, coordination between teams, and delivery of key milestones, also running baseline performance benchmarking. You will contribute to both strategic and operational activities, helping ensure our programs run smoothly and deliver value. Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school. The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings , etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. $ 85K - $ 90K USD We use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for the position. Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations .

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate program (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field).
  • Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or equivalents).
  • Interest in program management, product development, or technology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to coordinate tasks and track progress.
  • Help run baseline performance analysis
  • Participate in meetings, capture action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership updates.
  • Conduct research to support program decisions (e.g., competitive analysis, customer needs, market insights).
  • Contribute to documentation, including requirements, specifications, and program tracking materials.
