The Software-Cloud Ecommerce team develops and maintains the marketplace.nvidia.com site in-house to support the growing portfolio of NVIDIA’s products ranging from consumer hardware to software subscriptions and partner ecosystem products. The team monitors and manages all aspects of the customer journey, from search and discovery to purchase flow and after sales support. Ecommerce collaborates with NVIDIA’s product managers, marketing, and regional sales operations globally, with team members supporting NALA, EMEA and APAC.

  • Develop customer facing programs to drive sales of NVIDIA consumer and enterprise technology.
  • Study customer behavior on marketplace.nvidia.com from lead generation through product sales to develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with regional team leads to standardize methods for sanitizing, classifying, and validating product data from various partner feeds.
  • Support operational team on sales order workflows, while guiding software teams toward requirements for automation.
  • QA, Report bugs and validate fixes for web applications.
  • Pursuing BS, in Commerce, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or equivalent program area.
  • Demonstrate ability to transform raw data into sales predictions and insights.
  • Well-versed in strategies to measure consumer behavior.
  • Courses or project experience in Search Engine Optimization.
  • Experience leveraging AI to optimize time on large data sets.
  • Passionate about scaling sales opportunities.
  • Methodical when organizing documentation and sharp attention to detail.
