THE ROLE: In this role, you will work within the GFXIP PMO, driving successful execution of development programs in alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget. You will partner closely with IP design and verification teams to ensure forward progress, timely and accurate status reporting, and rapid escalation and resolution of key issues. This is a highly cross‑functional role, engaging with engineering and business stakeholders across the organization to meet program objectives. The position offers deep exposure to industry‑leading Graphics, GPU Compute, Machine Learning, and related technologies. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is a proactive, results‑driven program manager who thrives in a highly cross‑functional, matrixed environment. They are comfortable influencing without authority, quickly grasp complex technical concepts, and translate discussions into clear action plans. Highly organized and detail‑oriented, they effectively manage multiple priorities under tight timelines while maintaining clear, consistent communication with engineering teams and senior stakeholders. This individual brings strong judgment, a sense of urgency, and a continuous‑improvement mindset to drive execution and program success.
