Network, engages audiences through its owned-and-operated social media channels, audio content, and partnerships with OTT platforms. Hartbeat is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Temporary) to support the launch of a direct-to-consumer app for an exciting new initiative. This role will oversee the delivery of the consumer app, and serve as the primary liaison between Hartbeat stakeholders and an external development team to ensure the app delivers from a technical and business needs perspective. This role will ensure timelines are met, technical decisions support business needs, and the platform is set up for scalable content management and distribution. Please note: This is NOT an Engineering role - this is a role that requires technical fluency, program leadership, experience working with external vendors, and managing all moving parts of an app development process. PROJECT LENGTH: This temporary assignment will be a 4-month engagement with high ownership and visibility.
