A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The Portfolio and Product Management team in Data Center Technology and Systems is the strategic function in Google Data Center (GDC) that is responsible for data center portfolio definition, customer codesign, requirements influence and roadmap alignment, across different data center delivery models. We define data center and campus design with industry best density and capacity delivery speed, and interface with planning teams to provide the optimal campus and data center configurations for the customers. As a Technical Program Manager within Google Data Center, you represent the customers, and collaborate closely with technical leads across infrastructure stacks (data center, IT platforms, network, software) to deliver industry leading data center solutions for the customers. With your in-depth data center technical knowledge, you will manage technical and business trade-offs, and define portfolio strategy and data center product requirements.
