The Business Risk & Compliance team is looking for a senior Technical Program Manager to drive and deliver on our global workplace strategies to define risk and deliver implementation of strategic investments across the gamut of CE&S business models in consulting, support and customer service. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of our professional services business models and understand tradeoff decisions that balance our customer-first strategies against financial guardrails and risk mitigation. Driving Success and Innovation Employing agile, creative, and insightful approaches to formulate forward-thinking strategies for bringing about competitive initiatives to incorporate AI, drive growth and improved efficiency. Leveraging Expertise to Support Customer Needs Leveraging understanding of customer needs, technical expertise, and Microsoft's product offerings to best identify, predict and meet the needs of the customer or internal client. Managing Technical Programs and Projects Planning and steering complex projects towards their strategic milestones, ensuring all dependencies are managed and aligned with the overarching program; carrying out planning and processing of project and program phases through the product lifecycle by leveraging AI. Orchestrating Team and Stakeholder Synergy Fostering a cooperative environment across diverse teams and stakeholders, influencing and managing social relationships and interactions to ensure clear understanding and alignment of mutual goals for program success. Systematic Data-Driven Solutioning Leveraging a data-driven, analytical approach and automation to drive decision making; employing sound judgment and to construct adaptable strategies that guide decisions, sometimes under uncertain conditions.
