Technical Program Management Specialist The Opportunity: As a program management spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of U.S. Navy objectives. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with stakeholders within the program. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in operations or program management a U.S. Navy ( USN ) Program Management Office
  • Experience developing and building standard operating procedures ( SOPs ) and operations plans for complex at sea operations
  • Experience planning and developing solutions and requirements for complex surface and subsurface infrastructure projects
  • Experience using Micro sof t Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to analyze multiple courses of action and adapt plans in dynamic environments to identify optimal solutions from both operational and finan cia l perspectives
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Autonomous Underwater Vehicles ( AUVs ) , Unmanned Underwater Vehicles ( AUVs ) , Unmanned Underwater Vehicles ( UUVs ) , and Remote Operated Vehicles ( ROVs )
  • Experience with PPBE and developing spend plans
  • Experience working on U.S. Navy vessels
  • Master’s degree in an engineering or technical program prefer red
  • Doctorate degree in an engineering or technical program a plus
