About The Position

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across our engineering teams in the US. You'll work closely with development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across multiple time zones. This role requires someone who can navigate technical complexity, remove blockers, and keep distributed teams aligned. Pixalate is the leader in fraud detection and privacy compliance for digital advertising, protecting billions in ad spend for Fortune 500 brands and major ad platforms. As fraudsters increasingly use AI to create sophisticated attacks, we're building the next generation of AI-powered detection systems to stay ahead. Our platform has been used to unearth multiple high-profile criminal and illegal surveillance cases, including recognition by UNICEF as a Key Innovator for protecting children’s online privacy, and various investigations highlighted by Gizmodo, Adweek, Washington Post, Pro Publica, ABC7 News, and NBC News. Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project management experience in software development environments
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience managing projects across distributed teams and multiple time zones
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineering teams
• Experience with project management tools and documentation practices

Nice To Haves

• Background in ad tech, fraud prevention, or cybersecurity domains
• Experience managing infrastructure or data engineering projects
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and dependency tracking
• Experience implementing process improvements that drive measurable efficiency gains

• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Track dependencies across multiple projects and teams
• Establish and optimize project management best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on team feedback
