Position Overview The Jira Administrator & Feature Intake Project Coordinator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and governing the organization’s Jira platform while coordinating end-to-end feature intake processes across technical and business teams. This role ensures alignment with Agile delivery standards, facilitates transparent work prioritization, and supports system reliability and compliance within government or regulated environments. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience administering Atlassian products, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. As with any position, additional expectations exist.
