Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of related experience supporting Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
Knowledge of federal and state Medicaid regulations.
Proficiency in database management and software development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and system specifications.
Develop, implement, and maintain Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MMIS.
Ensure systems are compliant with federal and state regulatory requirements.
Perform system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Assist in the development of system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
Participate in regular system audits and generate reports as required.
