About The Position

The Technical Production Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of business-critical production systems. Acting as the first line of support, this role proactively monitors applications, triages incidents, and drives timely resolution to minimize operational impact. They will work closely with Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports mission-critical healthcare platforms, including LIMS, CRM, and EMR systems, with a focus on system monitoring, integration support, incident management, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and service level agreements. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in production or application support within healthcare or other regulated environments, with strong exposure to SLAs, incident management, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise healthcare platforms such as LIMS, CRM, and/or EMR systems in a production environment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across multi-tier architectures, including applications, APIs, relational databases, and system integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL), including complex query writing, data analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), including triage, prioritization, escalation, and root cause analysis (RCA) aligned with ITIL practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including supporting cloud-hosted applications and services.
