The Research & Development department at ScriptPro is dedicated to driving innovation and advancing technology to create cutting-edge solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our products and services. This team focuses on developing new products and improving existing ones to meet market demands and customer needs. Job Summary: The Technical Product Specialist is a key member of the Product Management team. The role focuses on translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value and supporting the growth of ScriptPro’s operational, financial, and clinical automation solutions for outpatient pharmacies. The Specialist works closely with Research and Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Together, these teams develop and launch business programs, create effective customer‑facing materials for Sales, and ensure ScriptPro’s solutions consistently support customer acquisition, retention, and long‑term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a complex, technical, or highly regulated field
  • Experience with ScriptPro’s product portfolio preferred
  • Pharmacy operations or healthcare experience, or a demonstrated understanding of pharmacy and healthcare workflows
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders at varying levels
  • Ability to recognize when documentation needs to be created or updated and take initiative to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for conferences and customer meetings
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to digest and translate highly technical information for non-technical audiences
  • Organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and customer‑focused problem solving, with the ability to investigate, inquire, and iterate effectively
  • Proven ability to excel in high‑velocity settings, maintaining focus and delivering results amid changing priorities
  • Strong cross‑functional collaborator who aligns with diverse teams to deliver high quality work
  • Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
  • Must have a distraction free home office workspace
  • Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)

Responsibilities

  • Business Program Development:
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Research and Development to create core product, business and sales documentation that supports product development and launch
  • Ensure technical capabilities are clearly articulated and consistently tied to business value
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to create customer‑ready materials—including product guides, collateral, and demo scripts—that equip the sales organization to drive acquisition and retention
  • Technical Sales Support:
  • Serve as a technical resource for the Sales team during customer engagements
  • Build, maintain, and enhance demonstration assets across the product portfolio for use by sales teams, demo centers, trade shows, and other industry events
  • Request for Proposal (RFP) Support:
  • Partner with the Contracting team to support the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Develop and maintain an up‑to‑date database of product FAQs
  • Technical Competitive Intelligence:
  • Develop an understanding of competitive product capabilities across product categories, and work with Product Marketing to create battle cards and competitive summaries that highlight ScriptPro’s differentiators
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Development and Product teams to ensure consistent, accurate communication of product information and customer insights across all touchpoints
  • Perform other duties as assigned
