The Technical Product Owner will be at the forefront of advancing our cloud product & processes by rolling out AI-driven productivity frameworks and defining their intended use across diverse roles. You will champion adoption of cutting-edge AI tools such as Windsurf, Devin, and other next-generation AI copilots to enhance organizational efficiency, collaboration, and innovation. In addition, you will lead documentation and quality deliverables for our regular cloud releases, leveraging automation across verification and validation to ensure compliance and reliability. By implementing a Virtual Document Auditor and strengthening document controls, you will proactively reduce quality observations, build preventive safeguards, and drive process maturity. Partnering closely with PMO, technical writers, and security analysts, you will deliver high-quality outcomes on time and at scale. You will also take on technical product ownership responsibilities, ensuring clarity of requirements, scope alignment, and regulatory compliance for cloud products. Through continuous assessment of product issues, you will define resolutions that meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals — aligning technology outcomes with business needs and customer expectations.
