Technical Product Managers at U.S. Bank oversee the strategic product management for an assigned technical product line(s) in support of the Enterprise organization’s goals and market needs. Engages with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features; ensures delivery of marketable capabilities for all U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with agile teams. The Technical Product Manager – Power Platform & Copilot Studio owns the strategic direction and day-to-day product management of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, governance controls) and supports/partners on Copilot Studio agent enablement and adoption. This role blends product management, platform administration, and governance leadership to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, compliant, and usable at enterprise scale. You will work cross-functionally with technology, risk, security, and business partners to prioritize platform enhancements, guide makers, and ensure platform usage aligns with governance guardrails (e.g., environments, DLP, connectors, ALM/pipelines, access controls). Technical Administration & Platform Operations: Provide hands-on leadership for Power Platform administration, including the Power Platform admin center, environment strategy, and platform configuration. Lead/coordinate environment management and operational hygiene (environment setup, access/role controls, lifecycle processes, ongoing cleanup). Administer and evolve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connector controls, and environment guardrails to support secure scaling. Drive operational readiness by monitoring usage/health metrics and coordinating escalations and platform improvements. Governance, Risk, and Regulated-Industry Controls: Ensure platform capabilities and maker patterns operate within regulated-industry expectations (security, privacy, auditability, risk reviews, controlled promotion to production). Partner with security/risk stakeholders to enable and maintain approved connector patterns and governance decision gates for production enablement. Support governance processes for Copilot Studio agent promotion (Dev → UAT → Prod), including coordination of approvals and maker readiness expectations. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical and governance topics into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences (written and verbal).
