The work: In this role, you will serve as the overall Technical Product Lead for client account, with responsibilities spanning both Delivery and Growth to own the end-to-end technical solution. The Technical Product Lead will be responsible for managing the current Data Management and Engineering, and AI technical work. You will define the end to end architecture that ingests large volumes of data from high performance computing environment to an enterprise-grade data and analytics environment to generate insights. Able to lead designing secure, multi-tenant data and analytics ecosystems while enabling cross domain collaboration. The Technical Product Lead will help drive the advancement of GenAI opportunities across the account, including growth opportunities at client projects – working to inform clients of GenAI applications, scope, define, and sell projects to meet client demands, and grow the portfolio of delivery-oriented GenAI projects on the account. In this role, you will: Shape the Vision: Define a "North Star" architecture for exascale data platforms, integrating supercomputing/HPC outputs with modern cloud-native AI frameworks Architect for Trust: Implement security controls and possibly federated governance topologies that ensure RBAC, ABAC, and compliance with NIST-53 controls Lead AI architecture and implementation: Architect enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, including RAG and agentic systems Drive Modernization: Lead the transition to data lakehouse architecture to include structured and unstructured data, ensuring separate computer and storage scalability Orchestrate Delivery: Partner with senior leadership and lead engineers to deliver mission critical capability releases

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, and/or AI/ML with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving large scale data and analytics transformation
  • Deep architectural expertise in major cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data platforms
  • Proven track record of implementing federated data governance, cataloging, and lineage at an enterprise scale
  • Experience in designing LLMOps frameworks, vector databases, semantic search architectures (national security agency experience strongly desired)
  • Understanding fine tuning, data evaluation, hallucination mitigation strategies
  • US citizenship required
