About The Position

JOB TITLE: Lead Technical Product Manager REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker: In office position with work from home allowed, i.e. flex or hybrid worker JOB LOCATION: 20205 North Creek Pkwy. Bothell, WA 98011 DUTIES: Responsible for product and program management throughout the life cycle of a software/system development project/program (may be internal or external client facing). Direct and lead the efforts of a project/program team to deliver a completed project/program and/or service with focus in the catalog domain. Consult directly with internal or external clients on business goals, tools, strategy and best practices of software development. Has full accountability for managing concurrent projects/programs of any complexity including projects/programs that span multiple regions, functions and/or business units. Interact with other project/program managers to ensure alignment of project goals and progress with client needs and client priorities. Utilize knowledge of business, industry and technology to incorporate business process improvements into the organization and/or to develop business strategies and function/business/technical architectures. Conduct program management of large company-wide programs that are cross-functional and strategic in nature. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion program/project(s) across the entire organization. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Lead program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews program/project deliverables. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Communicate to client/vendors/leadership. Use application delivery, program management, product management and analysis. Utilize architecture and design of systems using Micro services architecture. Use cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, Terraform. Employ build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus or Sonar. Operate Unit and Function testing using Junit, Spock, Mockito/JMock, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, Postman. Work with asynchronous message processing, stream processing and event driven computing. Work within Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team. Utilize HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS3. Utilize Java, Spring, AWS technologies. Use product catalogs - Commerce Tools, Amdocs Catal. REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation using application delivery, program management, product management and analysis; utilizing architecture and design of systems using Micro services architecture; using cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, Terraform; employing build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus or Sonar; operating Unit and Function testing using Junit, Spock, Mockito/JMock, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, Postman; working with asynchronous message processing, stream processing and event driven computing; working within Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team; utilizing HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS3; utilizing Java, Spring, AWS technologies; and using product catalogs - Commerce Tools, Amdocs Catal.
