About The Position

Eidra is expanding in the US market and is seeking an experienced Technical Product Delivery Lead to join our product and technology group based in Chicago. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes technical product delivery. Not someone who hides behind process — but someone who deeply understands the craft, knows what great looks like, and takes pride in building high‑performing product teams that consistently deliver. You’re passionate about getting meaningful digital products out the door — the right way. You understand the balance between speed and quality. You know the tools, the rituals, the trade‑offs, and the human side of delivery. You bring structure without ego. Clarity without rigidity. Accountability without drama. This is not just a delivery role — it’s a craft leadership role. You’ll set the bar for what excellent product delivery looks like across our teams and for our clients. You’ll model it, teach it, embed it, and elevate others through it, working with colleagues across Eidra to take it all to the next level. This role is based in Chicago, with a commitment of 3 days per week at Eidra's office. As part of our expanding presence in the US, you will also contribute to growing Eidra's footprint in the American market, helping to establish our reputation for excellence in development, strategy, and delivery. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

  • A craftsperson in technical product delivery
  • Deeply experienced in running complex digital product initiatives, ideally experienced in both agency/consulting and in‑house environments (or a strong combination of the two)
  • Commercially aware — understands scope, budget, and client dynamics
  • Calm under pressure and structured in ambiguity
  • Proactive communicator and influencer — no surprises, no silent risks
  • Highly organized without being rigid
  • Pragmatic, human, and ego‑free
  • Obsessed with building healthy, high‑performing teams
  • Naturally curious — you ask “why?”, challenge assumptions, and dig deep to uncover root causes

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally certified in Scrum Master (SM/PSM), CSPO, ICP or ICAgile frameworks
  • You understand that great delivery isn’t just velocity — it’s clarity, morale, predictability, and trust.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a clear delivery heartbeat across workstreams
  • Shape a healthy, energised, and sustainable team culture for the team and their areas of work
  • Create clarity around roles, ownership, rituals, and ways of working
  • Ensure the team feels supported, focused, and set up to win
  • Own delivery excellence
  • Drive planning, estimation, and sequencing with confidence
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, and cross‑team dependencies
  • Maintain strong visibility across timelines and commitments
  • Ensure delivery consistently meets agreed milestones
  • Elevate stakeholder confidence
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively
  • Translate complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders
  • Surface issues early with options and solutions
  • Help your team shine by creating a structured, predictable delivery rhythm that clients and stakeholders trust.
  • Bring delivery rigor into scoping and estimation conversations to ensure plans are realistic and defensible to prospective clients
  • Champion great product practices
  • Deeply fluent in JIRA and modern product delivery tooling; comfortable collaborating in tools like Figma
  • Comfortable with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models — but not dogmatic
  • Uses methodology as a tool, not a personality
  • Focuses on outcomes over rituals
  • Builds trust between product, design, and engineering
  • Asks thoughtful questions, stays curious, and seeks to truly understand problems before solving them
