  • Have 3–5 years of experience in product, sourcing, or vendor management, ideally within a biomedical or life sciences company.
  • Bring strong experience managing large or complex projects (PMP certification preferred).
  • Have hands-on lab or research experience - particularly with in vivo animal models - and a demonstrated ability to design and conduct scientific experiments.
  • Have a proven track record creating high-quality scientific documentation, such as white papers, application notes, or study reports.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with a strategic mindset for identifying market opportunities and translating them into product plans.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally, with the ability to explain complex scientific and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Have demonstrated success working cross-functionally to launch new products or support customer-facing initiatives, collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Bring strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and curiosity - and enjoy digging into the details to keep projects moving.
  • Have a solutions-oriented approach to navigating ambiguity, logistical challenges, and competing priorities.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft products (e.g., CRM, Business Central) and project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Have experience with Power BI or SQL (experience developing or maintaining databases such as SQL, Microsoft Access, or Airtable is a plus).
  • Are able to maintain, query, and analyze structured data (e.g., cost/margin reports, supplier tracking).
  • Bring strong computer literacy and can independently navigate and utilize digital platforms and tools.
  • Demonstrate self-initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Are willing and able to travel 10–20% for trade shows, customer visits, and internal meetings.

  • Collaborating with production, marketing, and sales to ensure new products are efficiently sourced, vetted, and ready for launch.
  • Developing initial cost and margin analyses to support go/no-go sourcing decisions.
  • Working with marketing and product teams to prepare new products for market (from packaging and labeling through to positioning).
  • Leading catalog expansion initiatives and managing sourcing programs end-to-end.
  • Providing Technical Support & Education
  • Serving as a high-level subject matter expert on our veterinary anesthesia and physiological monitoring equipment.
  • Delivering in-depth technical support to customers and internal teams, jumping in on complex tickets or escalations as needed.
