Job Description About the role We are seeking a high-impact leader to own and advance our Enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) Governance strategy and lead the technical portfolio that delivers it. This role leads a specialized team and partners across technology, risk, audit, and security to modernize how compliance is embedded into daily operations—delivering scalable, audit-ready outcomes aligned to COBIT and FFIEC. You will define the portfolio roadmap, prioritize initiatives by value and ROI, and drive a governance-engineering approach that embeds controls, automated evidence, and quality checks directly into ServiceNow workflows—enabling continuous audit readiness, better data quality, and measurable risk reduction. As a visible technology leader, you will shape how thousands of employees operate within a top financial services organization, reinforcing resilience, trust, reliability, and responsible service with cross-organizational partners.
