About The Position

To support the growth of the Nexthink business, we are expanding our technical pre‑sales coverage for US regional channel partners. The Technical Partner Manager (TPM) will act as the primary technical lead for our US channel ecosystem—supporting partner pre-sales cycles, driving technical enablement, and helping partners build repeatable, self-sufficient Nexthink practices.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting, ideally selling SaaS/Cloud based solutions.
  • Proven experience enabling channel partners/VARs.
  • Strong value‑selling skills.
  • Experience with Digital Experience Monitoring, EUC, ITIL, Cloud.
  • Excellent executive communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • This is a field-based role and requires domestic travel to partner and client sites throughout the USA.
  • International travel will also be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Become a Nexthink SME and thought leader.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions, demos, workshops, and POVs.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for channel partners.
  • Own the Channel Technical Enablement Plan.
  • Deliver demo accreditation, POV training, and technical updates.
  • Keep partner stakeholders informed on features and roadmap.
  • Support partner presales teams in customer meetings.
  • Lead technical discovery, RFP/RFI contributions, demos, and POVs.
  • Run value-based workshops.
  • Align with Partner Managers on priorities and enablement focus.
  • Support partner QBRs and planning.
  • Advocate partner feedback internally.
  • Help partners design or refine service offerings around Nexthink.
  • Participate in events, webinars, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to case studies and technical collateral.
