Our team members haveproven experience leading strategic initiatives within the civilianGovernment agencies. RCS is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to provide support in ground and air intelligence operations. This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Dulles, VA. Relocation assistance is not available. CST Schedule 4 days on, 3 days off; 3 days on, 4 days off(rotating weekly) 12-hour days, 0600 - 1800 or 1800 - 0600 Rotatingfrom days to nights or vice versa quarterly. 10% differential pay for all hours between 1800 and 0600. 25% differential pay for eighthours on Sundays.

Requirements

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Polygraph
• Knowledgeable in Ground or Air SIGINT collection operations
• Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication skills
• Military background or equivalent operations experience
• Bachelors Degree and five (5) years relevant experience
• Direct relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree

• HAM Operations and certification
• Certifications USN/USCG: CTR, CTI, CTN, CTT
• USMC: 2600, 2621, 2651, 2631, 2611, 2629
• USA: 35S, 35N, 35P
• USAF: 1N1, 1N2, 1N3, 1N5
